A kite surfer in his mid twenties has died today on the rocks at Rossnowlagh, Co Donegal. He was just one of a group of students, who were visiting from Letterkenny IT. It is believed the young man was practising kite surfing, when a strong wind suddenly lifted the kite and threw him onto the rocks.
